How to ORDER Products?

1) Send a mail to us with the following information:
Product's Name and quantity you want to order. your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email + phone no.)

2) We will confirm your mail and we will request the total payment to be transfered to us.

3) You can send us payment via Bank/Wire Transfer or via Western Union(is faster).

4) After receiving the payment, we will ship the package to the shipping address(customer) within 12 hours.

5) We will send you the tracking number when we have shipped the shoes.

6) The package will be delivered within 3 - 5 days (sometimes it can be delivered faster): it depends where you are located.

7) We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the package.

1. How can I get information after I have paid for the Products ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we received the tracking number.

2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 24 hours you can track your package(s).

3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email or via MSN.

4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It usually, on average, takes 5 business days to receive your order.
Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)? Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

6. Can you reserve a Products for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
